Roxanna Bryant, MPH, MCR, CFM has extensive work experience in regulatory compliance and facilities management within the healthcare industry. Roxanna is currently serving as the Senior Principal in the Office of the CEO at Hoag Health System, where they support hospital operations and leads the corporate facilities team. Roxanna has also held the role of Executive Director of Corporate Facility Services at Hoag Health System, where they oversaw facilities management, utilities, sustainability, safety, hazardous materials and waste, security, emergency management, and other related areas. Prior to their role at Hoag, Roxanna worked as a Facilities and Operations Consultant and Expert Witness as a self-employed individual. Roxanna has previous experience as an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente and as a Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Roxanna continued their education at UCLA from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Community Health Sciences. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Roxanna later attended The Wharton School in 2022 for the Executive Development Program, specializing in Business Administration and Executive Management.
