SONDRA WILSON is currently working as a Medical Billing Specialist at Hoag Medical Group since May 2023. Prior to this, SONDRA held various roles at Optum from September 2017 to May 2023, including Sr. Business Operations Coordinator and Cust Svc Quality/Audit Rep Sr. At UnitedHealth Group from November 2014 to July 2017, SONDRA worked as a Senior Auditor and Sr Customer Service Representative. SONDRA WILSON obtained a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Phoenix in February 2024, following their Bachelor of Science in the same field in January 2022.
