Courtney White

Courtney White is a seasoned professional in billing, collections, and retail management with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Billing and Collections Specialist at Rent. since December 2014, Courtney manages all invoicing, payment processing, and collections for multiple North American markets, while being one of two Trustees authorized to handle credit payments. Previous roles include Collections Specialist level II and Collections Specialist level I at Rent., where Courtney developed expertise in identifying customer delinquency trends and establishing payment plans.
