Daniel Westendorf has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel is the Founder of HOALife, a mobile app and mailbox solution for enforcing CC&R's in Home Owner Associations. In this role, they developed geo-aware apps on iOS and Android to identify and notify property owners of non-compliance with association rules. Daniel also generated violation notices automatically and reported findings to board members.
Daniel also worked as the Principal Architect at Huntress, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Cloud Engineering at RocketCyber from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they built a stack of technology that scaled with high burst workloads and provided real-time communication with geographically dispersed endpoint devices for a cybersecurity product.
As the Founder of BreezyPDF, Daniel created an Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform that allowed developers to convert HTML pages into PDFs quickly and easily. Daniel also served as the Head of Engineering at Bright Funds from 2015 to 2017, where they delivered an employee giving and volunteering platform and initiated the company's SOCII certification.
Before that, Daniel worked as a Software Engineer at Memberful, where they helped transition the product and provided maintenance, support, and new customer onboarding. Daniel also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Push It Forward, where they consulted with external teams to enhance development processes and manage projects.
