Joel Chiman

Joel Chiman is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in progressive leadership roles within the industry. Since August 2015, Joel has served as a Senior Superintendent at Hoar Construction, where notable projects include the development of a 20-story hotel/retail complex in downtown Alesandra and a recent 22.5-story student housing facility with 452 beds, amenities, and an underground parking garage. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of General Superintendent at KBR Building Group from November 2006 to July 2015 and served as Superintendent at R J Griffin from 2003 to 2006. Joel's career in construction began at Faulkner Construction, where a Superintendent role was held from 1996 to 2002.
