Trey Foster

Trey Foster is an experienced Project Manager currently at HPM since November 2022 and has been serving in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer since May 2018. In the military, Trey has held multiple significant roles, including Internal Advisor for military leaders, Assistant Deputy Director overseeing a 120-person artillery battery, and Project Manager for a Fire Direction Team, which achieved top performance within a large organization. Additionally, Trey worked as a Maintenance Engineer with the South Carolina Department of Transportation, contributing to the state bridge inspection program. Trey Foster earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Citadel in May 2018.
