Erica Coombs-Prole

Erica Coombs-Prole is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Development at Hoare Lea since November 2014, Erica has also held the positions of Head of People and Development and HR Operations Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Hoare Lea, Erica worked at JLT Group as an HR Business Partner from July 2006 to November 2014, and began a career in human resources at the University of South Wales as an HR Officer from November 2003 to July 2006. Erica holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of South Wales (2005 - 2007) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law with Sociology from the University of Wales, Cardiff (1999 - 2002).
