Leigh Groves

Leigh Groves is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical design and project management within the building services sector. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Hoare Lea since March 2023, Leigh has previously held positions at AECOM, including Technical Director, where responsibilities expanded to overseeing a team of 30 engineers and ensuring technical excellence across multiple market sectors. Prior experience includes roles at Hoare Lea as an Executive Electrical Engineer, contributing to significant projects like the Liverpool One Retail development, as well as positions at Buro Happold and TPS Consult, where foundational skills in electrical engineering were developed. Leigh holds an HND in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic of Wales.
