Susaritha Senthil Venkatesh

Susaritha Senthil Venkatesh has extensive experience as a Product Manager, with roles in various companies. Most recently, at HOAworks, they served as the Head of Product, where they were responsible for generating new product ideas, analyzing market trends, and managing product roadmaps and communication with stakeholders. Prior to that, they worked at Unum as a Product Manager, where they focused on Agile principles, collaborated with development teams, and acted as the main contact for business stakeholders. At BlackRock, they designed and implemented reports and experiments to improve product conversion rates and reduce churn. Additionally, at Bristol Myers Squibb, they mentored project managers, analyzed clinical data, and created wireframes and prototypes.

Susaritha Senthil Venkatesh pursued their education at UC Berkeley Extension in 2022, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in General Psychology. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Susaritha completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Anna University.
