Luis Olivera Miranda

Luis Olivera Miranda has been working as a Coordinador de proyectos at HOB Consultores S.A. - Ingeniería y Supervisión since February 2017. Prior to this, Luis held the same position at Consorcio Supervisor Red Vial 4, HOB-GMI from December 2010 to January 2017. In both roles, Luis has been responsible for overseeing various projects related to road management and construction.
