Cara Williams

Cara Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cara started their career in 2001 as a Management Assistant/Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they gained valuable skills in customer service, sales, and fleet management. From there, they progressed to roles such as Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and Area Manager, where they were responsible for managing branches, building relationships with customers, and overseeing the training and development of teams.

In 2007, Cara joined PepsiCo as a National Account Manager, where they were instrumental in achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts. Cara then moved on to Lucozade Ribena Suntory in 2015, where they served as an On Trade Controller, responsible for managing trade relationships and ensuring sales targets were met.

From 2018 to 2023, Cara worked at Müller Milk & Ingredients, where they held various roles such as Brand & Commercial Controller, OOH, Wholesale and Convenience Controller, and FRijj Commercial Lead. During their time at Müller, they played a vital role in driving brand and commercial success.

Most recently, Cara joined Hobart UK as the Sales Director in 2023. Their strong leadership and sales capabilities make their a valuable asset to the company.

Cara Williams obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of the West of Scotland from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a BA degree in Business and Management studies (sandwich) from the same university between 1997 and 2001. In their earlier years, they attended St Michaels Academy Kilwinning Ayrshire from 1992 to 1997, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
