Kevin Beare

Kevin Beare has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Kevin started their career at Gilbane Building Company as a Project Engineer, where they worked on large-scale projects and gained hands-on experience in various departments. After that, they joined Hobbs, Incorporated and held roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director for the New York City operation, where they are responsible for driving success and growth, leading a team, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Kevin Beare has a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued an MBA at Florida State University - College of Business during the period of 2006 to 2007.
