Lisa Westbury PCC ORSCC is the owner of Lisa Westbury Coaching and Consulting, established in January 2011, specializing in one-to-one coaching focused on women's career change, maternity transition, and leadership development, serving clients from various sectors. In addition, Lisa has been an associate at The Hobbs Consultancy since April 2015, dedicated to enhancing workplace inclusivity through coaching and training, and is a founding partner of Generate Coaching Partnership, which emphasizes team collaboration and effective leadership. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Corporate Communications at The Home Office and Head of Corporate Marketing at the Department for Work and Pensions. Lisa holds a BA in English and Cultural and Community Studies from the University of Sussex, and certifications in co-active coaching from CRR Global and the Coaches Training Institute.
