April Cochran

April Cochran has an extensive work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. April started their career at McDonald's in 2012 as an Assistant Manager and held the position until 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at both Best Buy and Kohl's. From 2016 to present, they have been a part of the Hobby Lobby team. April started as a Packer, where they demonstrated exceptional performance and also trained new employees. April then transitioned to the role of Front Desk Receptionist and later became a Human Resources Admin. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Team Lead at Hobby Lobby, where they oversee the training and development of HR Assistants, manages recruitment for the Ecommerce department, and handles payroll for a large number of employees.

April Cochran attended Oklahoma City Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued studies in psychology.
