Joe Magdziarz

Joe Magdziarz is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Hobby Lobby since January 2014, Joe oversees a significant portion of the company, which operates over 800 stores nationwide and is recognized by Forbes as one of America's largest private companies. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Director of Retail Operations at Recovery Management Corporation, where responsibilities included leading a team to address inventory challenges for various sectors. Joe also served as District Manager for Gordmans and played a crucial role in managing multiple stores with substantial sales, alongside prior experience as Regional Merchandise Manager at Venture Stores Inc., overseeing large teams and sales performance. Joe holds a degree from Missouri State University, completed from 1982 to 1986.
