Joanne Couceiro

Joanne joined Hobson Associates in 2005 as a recruiter running a full desk with their technology team. In 2006, Joanne moved off her desk at Hobson Associates to join the AccordingToDanny training company. She started as a marketing and admin person for them, and eventually moved up to Director of Marketing and Operations where she was responsible for running the daily operations of the company, planning and running all the events and marketing. She was made a Partner in AccordingToDanny at the end of 2007.

She is currently a Partner, Trainer and the Executive Director for AccordingToDanny. She is the Training Manager for Hobson Associates and is responsible for the training of all new hires to Hobson as well as the continuing education for the recruiters. She conducts in-house training sessions for offsite recruiting firms and is also part of Danny’s mentoring program responsible for in-house observational auditing.
