The Company's activities are divided into three business areas conducted through Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition Ltd for the food industry and the retail sector: Dairy Ingredients, Baby Care, as well as Cereals and Ingredients. The Dairy Ingredients division focuses on the development, production and marketing of various powdered products made from milk and whey. The Baby Care division focuses on the development, production and marketing of milk-based products for mothers, babies, small children and juniors. The Cereal and Ingredients division focuses on the development, production and marketing of various VIOGERM wheat germ products, as well as instant dessert products. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries, such as Marbacher Oelmuehle GmbH, Pharmalys Laboratories SA, Zifru Trockenprodukte GmbH, as well as owns Snapz brand.
