Peter Mittermaier is a seasoned professional in food technology with extensive experience in technology development and application engineering. Currently serving as the Technology Development Manager at Hochland Group since January 2022, Peter previously held the position of Application Engineer at Bayerische Milchindustrie from July 2014 to January 2022, focusing on the development and application of dairy powder products. Prior experience includes a role at Fraunhofer IVV as a Dipl.-Ing., where Peter conducted research on Radio Frequency heating processes for pasteurization and sterilization, as well as microwave drying from September 2009 to June 2014. Peter holds a Diplom degree in Food Technology and Processing from the Technical University of Munich, obtained between 2002 and 2009.
