Martina Steffen

Born in 1970, has been a member of the Executive Board and Labor Director of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft in Essen since September 2021. She is responsible for the Group's Human Resources department and, as Chief Sustainability Officer, for the area of ​​sustainability.

Martina Steffen has been working for HOCHTIEF in various positions since 1989. Since August 2009 she has headed the Group Human Resources department at HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft and in May 2021 she also took on the task of Chief Sustainability Officer for the HOCHTIEF Group. Before that, she held various positions in IT and human resources in the HOCHTIEF Group. Martina Steffen is a data processing clerk and has a business degree in IT business administration (VWA).
