Marin Hickox

Marin Hickox is an accomplished leader in the sports and marketing industries, currently serving as Vice President of Women & Girls Hockey at Hockey Canada since May 2022. In this role, Marin collaborates with various stakeholders to drive strategic recruitment and retention initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable growth in women and girls' hockey programs. Founder of MPowered Inc., an independent consulting agency established in 2021, Marin offers expertise in strategic planning, partnership activation, and event management. With over 15 years of experience in roles such as Director of Integrated Marketing for the NHL and Director of Client Services at Mosaic North America, Marin has consistently delivered impactful marketing strategies and business solutions across a variety of organizations. Marin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Guelph and has completed studies at George Brown College.
