Hugo Vincent is a seasoned professional in the hockey officiating field, currently serving as the Director of Regional Elite Staff Referees at Hockey Lac St-Louis since July 2021. With extensive experience at Hockey Quebec as a Level 5 Official and having spent six years on the Provincial Referee Staff, Vincent also held the position of Referee in Chief at MRO Hockey Association from August 2020 to July 2021. Additionally, Vincent has been with CCM Hockey since October 2016 as a Coordinator and Test Technician, and previously worked as a Customer Service Agent at Air Canada.
