Paul van Ladesteijn

Paul van Ladesteijn is an experienced project manager and management consultant specializing in customer experience and contact improvement. Currently serving as the Project Manager for (e)Services at Gemeente Barneveld since February 2020, Paul is also a member of the Dutch ISO-18295 Supervisory Board with Klantenservice Federatie and operates their own consultancy, Paul van Ladesteijn Advies & Change Management, which Paul established in April 2016. Previous roles include partner at Van Eijck & Partners and various interim positions focusing on customer contact. Additionally, Paul contributes to youth development as a field hockey trainer at Phoenix Hockey Zeist since August 2012. Paul holds a certificate in Informatics from PION and has been involved with ISO standards related to customer service since 2013.
