Oscar Chona

Oscar Chona is a seasoned professional in the petroleum engineering field, currently serving as the Technical Development Manager at Hocol since February 2021. Prior to this role, Oscar Chona held various positions at Shell from September 2005 to October 2020, including Principal Reservoir Engineer, Deepwater Resource Volume Lead, and Reservoir Management Lead for the Greater Deep Basin. Experience includes significant contributions to unconventional asset development in Canada, hydrocarbon maturation for deepwater assets, and reservoir management across various regions including the USA, Brazil, and Malaysia.
