Prior to this, Michael served as the Executive Vice President and Director of Information & Experience at Hodge, where Michael focused on innovating and improving customer, partner, and team experiences through digital transformation. Michael also held roles in marketing, learning technology consulting, and sales management at companies such as McGraw-Hill Higher Education, Hormel Foods, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Michael's educational background includes a Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA in Business Analytics from Loras College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and Leadership Minor from Wartburg College.
