Susan Dahlin Bashford

Susan Dahlin Bashford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of real estate, media, and the arts. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Hodge and Kittrell Sotheby's International Realty since January 2013, Susan gained prominence as an on-air personality at WRAL-TV 5, where Susan hosted PM Magazine starting in 1980 and held various roles including Executive Producer. With a background in art as an artist at Susan Dahlin Fine Art since 2000, Susan also co-owned SweeTea, LLC, a t-shirt company, from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, as Marketing Director at Capital Broadcasting Company, Susan played a crucial role in the transition to digital broadcasting. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Penn State University.
