Shannon E. Wagner

Shannon is a member of the Real Estate & Finance Practice. Her experience includes residential real estate work and New York State criminal appeals, however, her current work centers on public finance law. Her current practice focuses on state and federal tax and securities laws, and includes assisting senior counsel in representing public authorities throughout New York State.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Shannon interned at various law firms in Syracuse, New York, and acted as a student Research Assistant with Syracuse University College of Law.
