Kristen Argalas

Kristen Argalas has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Kristen is currently an Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Hoefer Welker since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Architect at RS&H from August 2020 to August 2023. Kristen also served as a Project Architect at Perkins and Will from September 2019 to August 2020. Kristen has experience as a Registered Architect and Project Architect at Fisher Koppenhafer Architecture and Interior Design from June 2017 to August 2019. Kristen worked as a Project Manager at William P Horn Architect Pa from January 2016 to June 2017. Furthermore, Kristen has held various positions including Communications Chair at USGBC South Florida from January 2014 to June 2017, Project Coordinator at K2M Design, Inc. from August 2013 to January 2016, and Designer at a Freelance capacity from May 2010 to August 2015. Kristen also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University from June 2012 to August 2013 and gained initial experience as an Architecture and Interior Design Intern at Swanke Hayden Connell Architects from November 2006 to March 2008.

Kristen Argalas holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Florida International University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Kristen further pursued their education in the field of architecture and completed their Masters at the same university from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University between 2012 and 2013.
