Travis Leissner

Travis Leissner, AIA, serves as Principal and Associate Principal at Hoefer Welker, a full-service architecture and design firm known for its innovative approach to human-centric spaces. With extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors, Travis previously led the Health and Education Practice Area at Gensler, driving strategic growth and talent development. At Cannon Design, Travis acted as Vice President, focused on enhancing the firm's brand in Texas, while at KMD Architects, Travis was instrumental in establishing their presence and managing significant healthcare projects in Dallas. Notably, Travis also founded Jonathan Bailey Associates, an award-winning firm dedicated to healthcare solutions, and played a key role in growing the healthcare studio at RTKL Associates. Travis holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
