Martin Melchhammer

Martin Melchhammer is an experienced professional in the fields of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence, currently serving as the Manager of Reporting & Analytics in Human Resources at ALDI SÜD HOLDING since February 2025. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Senior Manager of BI & Analytics at HOFER Österreich, where responsibilities included leading reporting solution development and global KPI harmonization. Martin also worked at ALDI SÜD HOLDING in various capacities from 2015 to 2022, including Manager of Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics and Manager of Group Controlling, focusing on SAP-based solutions and reporting. Previous experience includes consulting for Porsche Informatik GmbH, where Martin developed and supported SAP-based accounting systems, and holding controller roles at SWH Strom und Wärme GmbH and dm drogerie markt GmbH, managing strategic planning and project controlling. Martin holds a degree in Business Administration from Universität Innsbruck.
