Hilla Burg

Hilla Burg has a diverse range of experience in human resources, starting in 2000 as an HR manager for Malibu Isael Ltd. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Baran Group, initially as a Recruitment Manager and eventually becoming the Head of Recruitment and Human Resources.

In 2008, they joined AFI Properties as the Director of Human Resources for Danya Cebus, where they established the HR Department and implemented various processes and contracts. Hilla then transitioned to become the Director of HQ Human Resources and Member of the Management Team, where they expanded their role to include building HR infrastructure for the company's foreign locations and designing bonus plans.

After leaving AFI Properties in 2014, Hilla joined Afcon as an HR Manager, where they constructed and managed the HR and Payroll Unit and implemented labor contracts. In 2016, they moved to Femi Premium as the VP of Human Resources, where they led the HR and Payroll Department, developed regulations and contracts, and adjusted them to collective contracts.

Hilla'smost recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at Shafir Engineering and Industry from 2018 to 2020. In this position, Hilla established and managed the HR Department, oversaw recruitment, and organized business processes and regulations.

Currently, Hilla Burg is the Head of Human Resources at Hoffman Construction Company, a role they started in November 2020.

Hilla Burg attended the University of Derby from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a B.A. in business management. Hilla also holds a Certificate in Group Instruction from Gishot Group, a Training and Coaching company for excellence worldwide, which they obtained in 2012. In addition, they have a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The Open University of Israel, obtained in 1996.
