Emily Faucher

General Counsel at Hoffman & Hoffman

Emily Faucher has a diverse work experience history. Emily started their career as an Associate Attorney at Henson & Henson, LLP in 2003 and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they joined the Guilford County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney and stayed until 2007.

After that, they became the President of The Junior League of Greensboro, North Carolina, Incorporated from 2012 to 2013. Following this, in 2016, they worked as a Contract Employee at Benson, Brown, & Faucher, PLLC for five months.

Later in 2016, they joined Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. and took on the role of Corporate Counsel, which they held until the present. Emily recently transitioned to the position of General Counsel starting in January 2021.

Emily Faucher completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Mississippi from 1996 to 2000. Emily then pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law from 2000 to 2003.
