Currently serving as Co-Founder at Hoffman Development Group, LLC since November 2020, Joe also holds the position of Vice President of Construction and Senior Project Manager at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc., where responsibilities include overall project management from conception to completion. Previous roles include Project Manager at Orion Energy Systems, Inc., where Joe focused on energy efficiency solutions, and Senior Project Manager at Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, leading significant projects such as the Wilderness at the Smokies condo-hotel. Joe's career began at Opus Northwest Construction Corp. and involved various project management roles, emphasizing design/build delivery and client satisfaction.
