Lorna McClellan

Lorna McClellan has extensive work experience in education and leadership roles. Lorna is currently the Director of Learning & Development at Hoffmann Brothers since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Teach For America from 2010 to 2021, where they held various positions including Managing Director of Instructional Leadership and Managing Director of Educator Coaching. In these roles, they managed teams, provided coaching and development to corps members and alumni, conducted data analysis, and managed curriculum and programs. Lorna also served as a Biology Teacher and Department Chair at West Contra Costa Unified School District from 2006 to 2010 as a Teach For America Corps Member.

Lorna McClellan completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2010. Lorna then pursued further education by enrolling in the Executive MBA program at Washington University in St. Louis from 2020 to 2022.
