Adrian Aelenei

Adrian Aelenei is an experienced product manager with a strong background in product portfolio management, sales channel development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the International Product Manager for Eastern & Northern Europe at Hoffmann Group since September 2019, Adrian previously held the role of Product Manager for Outdoor Power Equipment at Makita Romania, overseeing business operations for Romania and Moldova. Prior experience at Vodafone Romania included roles focused on demand stimulation, retention and loyalty, and pricing analysis. Additionally, Adrian ran a personal company as CEO from May 2003 to March 2012. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
