Chad Hildebrandt

Chad Hildebrandt is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. since February 2019, where roles also included Interim Distribution Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Black Belt/Process Engineer at Johnson Controls and as a Manufacturing Engineer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, focusing on die-set layouts and tooling for prototype parts. Chad's career began at Therma-Tru Doors, where responsibilities as a Process Engineer and Associate Project Engineer involved standardizing processes and implementing improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Quality Engineering Co-op at Biomet, contributing to continuous improvement projects and product testing. Chad holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from Purdue University.
