Tessa Simpson

Tessa Simpson is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in various engineering roles from HNI Corporation, where Tessa served as Manufacturing Engineer II, Rapid Continuous Improvement Engineer II, Industrial Engineer II, and Industrial Engineer I from June 2017 to May 2023. Prior experience includes tutoring and resident assistance roles at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from August 2013 to May 2017, as well as internships in distribution operations and engineering at Kimberly-Clark in 2015 and 2014, respectively.
