Scott Merrell

Scott Merrell, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Scott is currently the Director of S&OP at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held several positions including Supply Chain Automation Program Manager and Warehouse Automation Start-up Leader. In these roles, they led the technical delivery of automation solutions and managed the start-up of an innovative automated material handling system. Scott also worked as a Sr. Retail Supply Leader and External Supply Solutions Manager at Procter & Gamble. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Scott worked at Erickson Incorporated as a Sr. Operations Manager and Operations Analyst. Scott began their career at Utah Transit Authority as a Statistical Analyst Co-op.

Scott Merrell holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Statistics at Brigham Young University from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters in August 2012 and as a Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) in April 2008, also from ASQ - World Headquarters.
