Lauren Burton

Lauren Burton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations planning. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Sales and Operations Planning at Scholastic since August 2021, Lauren has previously held various key roles at PANDORA, including Logistics and Planning Manager, Operations Analyst, and Demand Planner from March 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, Lauren worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from August 2011 to March 2017, where positions included Sales Analytics Manager and Demand Planner for Amazon/eCommerce. Lauren holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Delaware.
