Matt Gannon currently serves as the Director of Sales and Operations Planning at ERMCO-ECI, where responsibilities include driving the S&OP process and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Previous experience at Cornerstone Building Brands includes leading a significant supply chain transformation effort, which resulted in substantial gains and cost savings, as well as directing Sales and Operations Planning for the US Windows division. Prior roles also encompass financial planning and analysis consultancy in the Raleigh/Durham area, senior management in accounting and FP&A at Sensus, and commercial finance management at Grifols. Gannon holds an Executive Leadership Program degree from PLY GEM and has completed the Integrated Business Planning course from Oliver Wight International.
