Shana Strehlow

Shana Strehlow, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Employee Services and Experience at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. since April 2018, overseeing the full cycle of salaried recruiting, new hire orientations, and employee record management through the UltiPro HRIS system. Prior to this role, Shana worked as a recruiter for Adecco Staffing, USA from August 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing hiring processes, conducting candidate assessments, and maintaining HR documentation. Shana's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (2006-2011). Recognized for achievements such as the Regional Recruiter of the Month award in April 2017 and participation as a Subject Matter Expert for a new HRIS system implementation, Shana demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing HR processes and employee experiences.
