Jason Sininger-Word Ms

Jason Sininger-Word has a strong background in human resources and management. Jason is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hofman Hospitality Group, where they oversee various HR functions, such as recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, and compliance. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company and played a key role in its planning, development, and implementation. Before joining Hofman Hospitality Group, Jason worked as the Director of Human Resources at TAPS Fish House & Brewery. Jason also has experience as a Training Store General Manager at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que and as a Complex Area Manager at Knott's Berry Farm.

Jason Sininger-Word has a diverse education history. Jason completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Deaf Studies/American Sign Language from California State University-Sacramento in the years 2009 to 2013, with a focus on Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Hospitality Management from California State University, Long Beach, which they attended from 2003 to 2006.

Jason further enhanced their education by attaining a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from New York University, which they successfully completed from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jason Sininger-Word obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in February 2019.
