Gry Egstrup

Gry Egstrup is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Koncernchef for HR, Arbejdsmiljø & Ledelsessystem at HOFOR since September 2023, Gry previously held significant positions such as HR Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at TDC Group from January 2016 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as HR Proces Owner at PFA Pension and Global Head of HR at Maersk Line, specifically for Safmarine. Gry holds a Master's degree in Strategy, Organisation and Management from Copenhagen Business School, obtained between January 1992 and January 1997.
