Paddy Krishnaswamy

Paddy Krishnaswamy currently serves as Sektionsleder at HOFOR since June 2025. Prior to this role, Paddy was employed at Ramboll from November 2023 to May 2025 as Technical Manager and Head of Department, specializing in consultancy services for green energy plant development, focusing on offshore wind, hydrogen, carbon capture, and gas distribution. From October 2005 to November 2023, Paddy worked at Energinet, holding various esteemed positions including Chief Specialist in Business Development and Strategy, Senior Manager of Gas Grid Planning, and Head of several departments. Notable achievements include leading change management initiatives for renewable energy transition and optimizing the Danish gas transmission system's long-term development plans. Paddy has an academic background with an M.Sc and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Hydrodynamics from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Certified in PRINCE2 Foundation Project Management, Paddy also has experience in administrative IT and SCADA systems.
