Frank Melaccio

Frank Melaccio currently serves as the Vice President, Finance & Treasurer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since July 2017. Additionally, Melaccio is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Finance at Hofstra University, teaching a course on Derivatives. Previously, Melaccio held various leadership positions at EmblemHealth, including VP, Treasurer & Chief Risk Officer, and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in the Structured Finance Group. Earlier experience includes roles at The Bank of New York Mellon and Astoria Bank. Frank Melaccio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Fordham University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University.
