Shiv M. currently serves as the Associate Director of Enrollment Data and Reporting at Hofstra University, where responsibilities include spearheading data synchronization across SQL Server, Oracle, and Access databases, as well as designing advanced Tableau dashboards for senior leadership insights. Previously, Shiv worked as a Product Development Engineer at Duro Dyne, achieving significant cost and productivity reductions through new product designs and implementing data-driven monitoring systems. Shiv holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Analytics from Stevens Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence, alongside prior educational achievements including a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computing Sciences from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Binghamton University.
