Tom Vogel

Tom Vogel, CPP, PSP, is a seasoned professional in security systems and technology with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the license qualifier for Spyman Technologies LLC since March 2025, Tom is responsible for overseeing operations in the security integration sector. Tom has also been the Assistant Director of Security Systems at Hofstra University since October 1990, focusing on the installation and maintenance of campus security systems. As President of TNV Technical Services, Inc. from August 1992 to July 2013, Tom provided physical security solutions and managed installations for small businesses and residential clients. Earlier in his career, Tom held technical roles at Lund Fire & Pyro Signal & Suppression and Wang Laboratories. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management, a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Hofstra University, along with an Electronic Technician Certificate.
