Maxwell Rintoul is a seasoned professional in the marine food sector, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager and HACCP Coordinator at Hog Island Oyster Co since February 2021, where oversight of food safety operations and record keeping for pre-harvest and post-harvest activities is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Maxwell worked as an Algae Technician at Taylor Shellfish Farms for a brief period in early 2021 and gained experience as a Mover with Gentle Giant Moving Company between September 2020 and January 2021, focusing on commercial truck operations.
