David Hensler

David Hensler is a Senior Counsel at Hogan Lovells, a position held since January 2018, where expertise includes representing the Audit Committees of various Fortune 500 companies in internal investigations and addressing damages and valuation issues in over 100 securities class actions and derivative actions for two major D&O insurers. Prior to this role, David Hensler served as a Partner at Hogan & Hartson and continued in that capacity after the merger with Hogan Lovells US LLP from January 1976 to December 2017. David Hensler earned a J.D. in Law and an A.B. in Philosophy and Psychology from St. Louis University.
