Blair Decker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in pro bono work and advocacy. Currently serving as Pro Bono Counsel at Hogan Lovells since June 2013, Blair has progressed through roles including Senior Pro Bono Attorney, Pro Bono Attorney, and Pro Bono Coordinator. In addition to this role, Blair has been a Junior Board Member at the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project since January 2018 and was the Co-Executive Director and Founder of the Safety Network for Abused Animals & People (SNAAP) from January 2011 to January 2023. Blair also contributed as a Board Member for the Network for Victim Recovery of DC from October 2015 to May 2021. Earlier career experiences include teaching roles at Saint Anselm's Abbey School and Archbishop Carroll High School, law clerk positions, and internships in various legal and public policy organizations. Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from The Catholic University of America.
