Kara Dodson, JD, PCC, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development for the Americas at Hogan Lovells since May 2025 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law since September 2019, where the focus is on teaching practical skills for transactional law practice. Previously, Kara Dodson worked as a Coach and Consultant at Volta Talent Strategies, partnering with senior leaders at Am Law 100 firms, and held positions such as Director of Coaching at Fox Rothschild LLP and Managing Director at SJL Attorney Search. Kara Dodson's legal practice encompasses family law, employment and labor issues, and commercial litigation, with prior roles at prestigious firms including Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP and Duane Morris LLP.
